Art Camp

Art Camp takes place in Carol MacDonald's Studio overlooking the Winooski River and the Intervale. We work on a variety of projects over the week that incorporate drawing, printmaking, painting and sculpture.

"I strongly believe in supporting the creative voices of our young people by providing quality materials and an opportunity for them to experiment with their individual imagery and process in a small group setting."

A: June 25 - 29 Ages 6 - 11
B: July 9 - 13 Ages 6 - 11
C: July 16 - 20 Ages 11 - 17
D: July 23 - 27 Ages 11 - 17

Cost: $275 including all materials

Monotype Workshops

Monotype is a print medium whose simple concept, spontaneous process, and elegant results have attracted artists for years. Monotypes are unique prints made by the direct transfer of an image.

Workshop includes demonstration of different monoprinting techniques using an etching press and fully supported studio time to work on your own images.

No experience needed! All materials included! Bring a bag lunch. Workshops are held at Carol's studio in Colchester, from 9:00 - 2:00. Fees are:

$90 - one-day workshop
$175 - two-day workshop
$255 - three-day workshop
$330 - four-day workshop

Price includes all inks, paint and up to five 22”x30” pieces of print paper. A paper fee may be charged for additional paper.
